Exchange Policy

To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, upon receipt of your items please check them to make sure that you are happy with the style/size/colour or for any flaws or damage. If you are unhappy with an item for these or any other reason please contact us at info@chloeangus.com or 604.224.2456 to arrange an exchange.

As per our policy, items purchased from Chloë Angus Design are non-refundable. You may exchange your item or return it for store credit. All exchanges must be arranged with us within 10 days of receiving your package without exception.

*** Please Note: all items must be returned unworn and in their original condition with the tags still attached. Items must not be washed or dry-cleaned. In the unlikely event that items are returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. You must also include a copy of your original receipt in the package. Items that do not comply will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

*** Purchaser is responsible for all return shipment costs, including and not limited to postage costs of rejected packages.

When you ship us your exchange:
1. Please include a copy of your receipt, along with your:
• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Reason for the return
• Specifics for your exchange or repair.
